During a counseling session, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where we work together to address your concerns and promote personal growth.

Yes. I offer both virtual and in person sessions depending on your needs. However, I highly recommend that couples and families come to the office for therapy if possible.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

My standard fee is $135 per 50-minute session.

I offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointment times for clients who may need financial support. If cost is a concern, please reach out — I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible, and I’m happy to discuss available options.

To provide more individualized care and maintain flexibility in treatment, I do not accept insurance.
However, many clients are able to use out-of-network benefits for therapy services. I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
