  • During a counseling session, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where we work together to address your concerns and promote personal growth.

  • Yes. I offer both virtual and in person sessions depending on your needs. However, I highly recommend that couples and families come to the office for therapy if possible.

  • I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

  • My standard fee is $135 per 50-minute session.

  • I offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointment times for clients who may need financial support. If cost is a concern, please reach out — I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible, and I’m happy to discuss available options.

  • No, I do not accept insurance at this time. Choosing to remain out-of-network allows me to focus on providing personalized, clinically appropriate care without the limitations, required diagnoses, and session restrictions often imposed by insurance companies. This approach ensures that your treatment plan is guided by your unique needs — not by insurance criteria.

    However, if your insurance offers out-of-network reimbursement, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
